Vandana Thapar
Ms. Vandana Thapar is a seasoned expert in child development and mental health with over 35 years of experience at the National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (NIPCCD), retired as Joint Director. As Course Director and in charge of Child Guidance and Counselling, she systematically brought together the career protocol and has trained numerous career counsellors nationwide. Her expertise spans inclusive education, life skills, and parental guidance. A certified rehabilitation social worker, she has served on national expert committees and authored key publications, significantly shaping child mental health services and training frameworks across India.

Chitra Mahajan
Chitra has helped over 400 individuals find their calling. These individuals ranged from 14 year olds to 24 year olds across India and abroad. Chitra is an education, counselling, and mental health professional with 30+ years of experience with top-tier schools. Her evidence based approach combined with empathy and context of the individual's environment has helped many individuals increase their confidence and reduce career and performance anxiety. The process empowers the individuals with knowledge about their own strengths that help them adapt to the changing trends in the new age careers.
